Sebastian Elawny
Sebastian has over 14 years of legal experience, mainly in leadership roles at a large multinational law firm and as the founding partner of a Big-4 law firm. He has led legal teams in delivering an extensive range of commercial and M&A transactions. As a former tax partner and team lead, Sebastian's ability to combine business and tax advice allows him to provide practical and timely advice to clients. He also has extensive experience serving with charities, not-for-profits, and social enterprises.
Andrew Clubine
Andrew has served in management, governance, and advisory roles in the charity and not-for-profit sector for over ten years. He understands non-profit client's needs and is eager to provide creative solutions to complex problems. Andrew is adept at navigating the complexities of non-profit governance and charity regulation. He is licenced in Ontario and Quebec, and serves clients across Canada in English, French, and Spanish.
