Neeraj Pal

Neeraj Pal, Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public is the principal of Gretis Law.

Neeraj's practice covers a range of civil litigation, including injury claims and commercial disputes, corporate commercial, and real estate closings.

He assists clients in wills and estate matters.

On the commercial side, Neeraj assists his clients in contract negotiations and drafting, including business, technology, and employment agreements.

Prior to pursuing his admission to the Ontario bar, Neeraj has worked as a legal and regulatory counsel for major corporations in India, such as Times Network, ESPN Star, Viacom, and Vodafone.

During his legal career in India, Neeraj developed extensive experience in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements for the licensing and acquisition, purchase, sale, distribution and marketing of technology.

Neeraj has done his LL.M. from King’s College London (UK) in technology regulations, comparative copyrights, and privacy laws.

An ardent sports lover, Neeraj is head over heels with the Toronto Raptors.

He is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
