Bruce Zevallos
As a licensed paralegal, Bruce represents individuals, trade unions, and associations in the area of workers’ compensation law all across Ontario. Bruce has developed a special interest in Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) claims representation and has extensive experience with appearing before the WSIB Appeals Services Division and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT).
Before Bruce began representing injured workers, he was an injured worker that went through the WSIB system and appeals and understands injured workers’ plight with navigating the WSIB system. Because of his personal experiences of dealing with WSIB, Bruce is passionate for helping injured workers get what they are entitled to receive and with a determined and empathetic approach, Bruce has a proven track record of achieving results on behalf of his clients.
