Rohan Haté

Rohan was called to the Bar in 2012. He practices primarily in personal injury and insurance litigation. He is devoted to fighting for the rights of his clients and strives to ensure they receive the appropriate compensation for all of their losses. Rohan’s practice is committed to all areas of personal injury litigation on behalf of his clients and their families who need guidance and support in navigating through the insurance claims process.

Rohan also practices in insurance defence litigation and advises major insurers on all aspects of insurance claims, including Occupiers’ Liability, motor vehicle tort and accident benefits claims, and insurance coverage.

Rohan is an experienced civil litigator, he also practices in litigation involving real estate, commercial and contractual disputes. He has appeared before all levels of court and conducted civil jury trials.
